The problem
Month end turns into a hunt for paperwork
Receipts arrive late or not at all, expense reports are typed in by hand, and every line is checked against the policy by someone in finance.
- Booking receipts sit in the traveler's inbox
- Expense details are retyped from paper
- Expenses are disconnected from the trip that caused them
What Nevo does
Less chasing, cleaner books
Booking receipts
Each business trip has a receipt with the amount, the travelers, taxes included and how it was paid. It goes to the booker and to people who see every trip or the wallet.
Top-up receipts and statement
Every wallet top-up has a PDF receipt, and the statement lists every booking, refund and top-up, ready to export as CSV.
Receipts read for you
Upload a photo or PDF and Nevo reads the merchant, date, total, currency and category, suggests the trip, and marks anything it is unsure of. The person checks and submits.
Checked as it is entered
Your expense policy is checked straight away, so a problem is fixed by the person who knows the answer.
Foreign receipts converted
A receipt in another currency is converted to the company currency at the reference rate for the receipt date, and the rate is shown.
Ready for finance
Approved expenses are categorized, coded to a cost center and linked to their trip, ready to export as CSV and to mark as reimbursed.
How it works
From receipt to approved
- Search
- Approve
- Pay
- Travel
- 1
The traveler photographs the receipt; Nevo fills in the expense.
- 2
The traveler checks the details, ticks that they are right and submits.
- 3
In-policy expenses go through; exceptions go to the approver you chose for expenses.
- 4
Finance sees approved expenses with their receipts and trip, ready to export.
People confirm, AI assists
Nothing is submitted for anyone. Fields the reading is unsure of are marked "Check this", and submit stays off until the person confirms the details.
