2. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of the public website at nevo.travel, including its pages, forms and content. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
A company that uses the Nevo service signs the Nevo Corporate Travel Services Agreement online when it signs up. That agreement, and the policies it refers to, govern the service, bookings, fees, payments, cancellations and changes. If anything in these website terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.
3. Using the website
- You may use the website to learn about Nevo, contact us and sign in or sign up.
- Do not misuse the website: for example, do not try to get around security, interfere with how it works, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
- Do not use the contact form to send anything unlawful, or personal information about other people that we do not need.
- We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
4. Accounts
Signing in to Nevo is for people invited by a company that uses the service. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell your company's Nevo administrator, or us, straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate, but it is general information about Nevo and may change. Product screens shown on the website use sample data. Prices, fees and availability for actual trips are shown in the Nevo service at the time of booking, and the price shown before you book is the price charged.
6. Our content and brand
The website, its text, design, software and the Nevo name and logo belong to Bookitngo Corp or our licensors. You may view and share pages for ordinary, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, change or reuse our content or brand in other ways without our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
The website may link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we make no other warranties about it, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bookitngo Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability relating to the Nevo service is governed by the Nevo Corporate Travel Services Agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes about the website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page applies from that date.
