1. Who is responsible
Bookitngo Corp (Bookit N Go) operates Nevo. Our registered address is 9891 Irvine Center Dr Ste 200, Irvine, CA 92618, United States. For privacy questions, email support@nevo.travel.
When a company uses Nevo for its employees' travel, that company decides why their information is processed, and we process it on the company's behalf under the Nevo Corporate Travel Services Agreement. If you travel for a company that uses Nevo, your employer can also answer questions about how it uses your information.
2. What we collect
- Contact and account details: name, work email, phone number, company, job role and sign-in information.
- Traveller details needed to book: name as on the travel document, date of birth, gender where an airline requires it, passport or ID details for international travel, loyalty numbers and travel preferences.
- Trip and booking information: searches, itineraries, bookings, approvals and the notes added to them.
- Expense information: amounts, categories, dates and the receipts you upload.
- Company and payment information: company details, signed agreements, wallet top-ups and billing records. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Messages: what you send through the website contact form or to our support team, and requests you make to Zoe, the travel assistant.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and logs of how the website and service are used, kept to run and secure them.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: search, book and manage travel, apply your company's travel and expense policy, route approvals, record expenses and produce reports for your company.
- To pass booking details to the airlines, hotels and travel providers that deliver your trip, as needed to make and manage the booking.
- To communicate: confirmations, approval requests, receipts, service messages and replies to your questions.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve Nevo, using information about how the service is used.
We use automated tools, including AI features such as Zoe, to understand requests, apply policy and recommend options. They do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you: a person confirms every booking, and approvals are decided by the people your company chooses.
4. Who we share it with
- Your company: administrators, approvers and finance at your company see the information their role needs.
- Travel providers: airlines, hotels and the travel distribution partners that connect us to them, to make and manage your bookings.
- Service providers: companies that host our systems, send email, process payments, verify sign-in, provide AI features (for example, the receipts you upload are sent to our AI provider to read the merchant, date and amount) and provide support tools, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- When required: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business with appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information. If you allow marketing cookies on nevo.travel, the Meta Pixel shares that you visited the website with Meta so we can measure our ads (see Cookies below), which California law may treat as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can turn this off at any time in Cookie settings. Information in the Nevo service is never shared for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as your company uses Nevo and afterwards as needed for bookings still in progress, accounting, tax and legal requirements, and to resolve disputes. Website contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on them. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
6. How we protect it
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access and audit records, and we limit access to the people who need it. See our security page for more.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for nevo.travel to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure our advertising, and we use those only as described here.
- Essential (always on): what the site and the Nevo service need to work. Signing in uses cookies set by our sign-in provider to keep you signed in securely. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage under the name nevo-consent.
- Analytics (your choice): Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages are visited, how people arrive and which buttons are used. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga.
- Marketing (your choice): the Meta Pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you visited, so we can measure our ads there. It sets cookies named _fbp and, after an ad click, _fbc.
- Vercel Web Analytics: counts page views and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you. It is part of running the site and is not covered by the choices above.
Your choices. If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or we cannot tell where you are, analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you choose Accept all or turn them on under Manage choices. Elsewhere they are on unless you turn them off. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time; turning a category off also removes its cookies. We keep your choice for 12 months and then ask again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate personal information;
- ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide the service you asked for);
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it; to stop the website sharing described above, choose Reject non-essential in Cookie settings); and
- not be discriminated against for using these rights.
To make a request, email support@nevo.travel with the subject “Privacy request”. We will confirm your request, verify your identity using information we already hold, and respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorised agent, who must show us your signed permission. Where we process information for your employer, we may refer your request to them and help them respond.
9. Other locations
Nevo is operated from the United States, and information is processed in the United States and in the countries where your travel providers operate. Where the law where you live gives you additional rights, contact us and we will help.
10. Children
Nevo is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 except as part of a booking made by an adult for business travel.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will tell company administrators in the service.
