What Nevo replaces
One platform instead of four places
Company travel usually lives in a booking site, an approval email, an expense app and a spreadsheet. Nevo brings them together, with your rules built in.
- Booking sites
- Approval emails
- Expense apps
- Spreadsheets
The platform
Every part of a business trip, under the same rules
From the first search to the last receipt, each part hands over to the next with the policy result, the approval and the documents attached.
Booking and policy
Your policy, applied to every search
Set the rules once, in plain words, in your travel and expense policy. Travellers then choose with the policy in front of them: no guessing, and no surprises for finance when the trip is over.
- Flights and hotels in one place, with In policy or Needs approval on every option
- The cheapest in-policy option is marked Recommended, and the reason for every exception is spelled out
- The price is rechecked before booking, so the price you confirm is the price you pay

Approvals
Only the trips that need a decision reach an approver
Approval routes follow your organisation, not an inbox. Nothing is booked until the right person has said yes.
- You choose whether in-policy trips need approval at all
- Exceptions go to the traveller's manager, named approvers or any approver
- Approvers decide in one step, in the app or from the email on their phone

- Category limits, receipt rules and claim deadlines are checked as it is entered
- Expenses sit on the trip they belong to, next to the flights and hotel

Zoe, the AI travel assistant
Ask for a trip the way you would ask a colleague
Zoe understands a request in plain words, applies your company policy and comes back with the options worth booking. You stay in charge of every decision.
1Understand
Reads places, dates, times and budget from one sentence, shows what it understood and asks when something is missing.
2Recommend
Searches live, applies your policy and returns the best in-policy options, cheapest first.
3Automate
Fills in the search for you and flags savings, such as how much less the top pick costs than the cheapest refundable fare.
4Act
Opens your choice for review at a rechecked price. You confirm before anything is booked.
Chicago Tuesday morning, back Thursday evening. Keep it under $600.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Setup, pricing, security, support and how Nevo handles the details. Anything else, ask us.
How long does it take to set up Nevo?
Signing up takes about 10 minutes: company details, your currency and the services agreement, signed online. Our team then reviews the company before its first booking. Most of the remaining set-up is choosing a policy preset, picking who approves exceptions and inviting your people by email. There is nothing to install.
How does pricing work?
Platform pricing depends on how much your company travels, so we quote it for your company and confirm it in writing. When you book, the fare or room rate, taxes and any booking service fee are shown on the review screen before you confirm, and the price you confirm is the price charged.
How is our data protected?
Every record belongs to one company and every request is checked on our servers against the company of the person signed in. Roles decide who sees the wallet, analytics, policy and people. Traffic uses HTTPS, data is stored encrypted at rest, important changes are recorded in an audit log, and card details go straight to the payment processor, never to Nevo.
Who owns our data, and can we export it?
Your company keeps all rights in its data under the services agreement. Finance and administrators can export analytics, expenses and the wallet statement as CSV files at any time, and trip documents download as PDFs. When the agreement ends, traveller personal information is deleted or returned as the agreement sets out.
What support do we get?
Email support@nevo.travel and the Bookit N Go team replies. Flight and hotel changes and cancellations are requested from the trip page and handled by the Bookit N Go operations team, who update the trip and email the traveller when it is done.
Can people book personal travel?
Only if your company turns it on. Personal trips are paid with the traveller's own card, never the company wallet, and skip policy and approval. Administrators and finance see only that a personal trip exists: traveller, dates and destination. You choose whether personal trips get your company rates.
How do approvals work?
For trips and for expenses you choose when approval is needed: never, only when out of policy, over an amount, or always. Requests go to the traveller's manager, up to five named people or any approver, with a fallback person. Approvers decide in the app or from a one-time link in the approval email. Nothing is booked until it is approved, and the price is rechecked at that moment.
Can we book for colleagues and guests?
Yes. Each person has a "Can book for" setting: only themselves, their team, selected people or anyone. The trip follows the traveller's policy and approval route. If your company allows guests, bookers can also book for people outside the company.
